Returns and Exchanges

 

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, unless required by law. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused and in perfect original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact info@calanolita.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store credit for the eligible amount.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued at 100% of the eligible item value, with no handling fee.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges for the same style are available at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

To arrange an exchange, please contact info@calanolita.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in perfect original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that exchange items are not reserved and may remain available to other customers until your return has been received and processed. We recommend sending your item back promptly to avoid missing out on your preferred size.

 

EU CUSTOMERS

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer law.

To initiate a return, please contact info@calanolita.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

FAULTY ITEMS & CONSUMER LAW

We are so sorry if your item arrives not quite right. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at info@calanolita.com as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos of the fault and a brief description of the issue.

All items will be assessed before being deemed faulty. If your item has a genuine fault, we will work with you to offer a repair, replacement, store credit, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, dry cleaning or personal preference are not considered faulty.

This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
