SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 1–3 business days from purchase. Free standard shipping within Australia is automatically applied at checkout.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Australia Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery to Darwin and Western Australia may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DHL Express International Shipping: 3–8 business days
International Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
International Standard Shipping: 7–22 business days

DHL Express is recommended for all European customers.

During peak periods, including launches, restocks and promotional periods, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be slightly delayed. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

DUTIES & TAXES

We cover all import taxes and duties for international orders.
